Certified supply for civil projects

Civil infrastructure projects operate under tight quality management systems — ITP requirements, hold points, material traceability and certified supply are non-negotiable. Tiger Struk understands the compliance expectations of civil work and supplies accordingly.

We provide full mill certification, heat traceability and AS/NZS 4671:2019 Grade 500N compliance documentation for all bar and mesh supplied. Our cut-and-bend processing handles the complex shape codes common in civil structures — curved bars, multiple crank points, long-length elements and heavy-gauge sections.

N16 to N32 reinforcement for mechanically stabilised earth walls, concrete retaining walls and crib walls. Complex bends and shapes processed to engineer drawings.

Drainage & Culverts

Precast and in-situ drainage culverts, headwalls and aprons. U-bars, stirrups and longitudinal reinforcement cut to schedule.

Bridge Structures

Heavy-gauge reinforcement for bridge decks, abutments and pier elements. Pre-slung delivery for crane placement on staging or bridge deck.

Kerb and channel reinforcement, traffic signal pits, service culverts and footpath slabs. Processed or stock supply depending on volume.
